A 21cm X 30cm (folded to 10.5cm X 7.5cm in proportion), B&W zine on mid-grey tinted paper.

This zine features a Little penguin (Eudyptula minor); a Night parrot (Pezoporus occidentalis); a Frilled-necked lizard (Chlamydosaurus kingii); and a Superb parrot (Polytelis swainsonii).

It was released into the wild at Issue 15 of FEMS Zine, launched at Hannahpad HQ in Thornbury on Saturday December 14th, 2019. The launch had a market with stalls by Aleisha Earp, Brooke Van Der Linden, Claire Mosley, FEMS, Hannahpad, Kathy Sarpi, LF Lingerie, Mossfolk, Nani Puspasari, Tegan Iversen & Vonne Beyer, and us. With live music by Hannah Potter.

This zine is loosely related to earlier zines, Seasonal museum sketches (autumn) (2017), (summer) (2016), and spring (2016). It features specimens from Melbourne Museum, drawn from life.

Four Museum Drawings is on display alongside a selection of our artists’ books, prints, and zines, in the window of the Australian Print Workshop (December, 2020, through until March, 2021).

A 21cm X 30cm (folded to 7.5cm X 10.5cm in proportion), full-colour zine.

A zine of drawings from a specimen within the collection of the Melbourne Museum of a tiny Australian marsupial, a Honey possum (Tarisipes rostratus; specimen C 27226; female). The Honey possum, found in a small pocket of Western Australia, is an important pollinator for such plants as Banksia attenuata, Banksia coccinea, and Adenanthos cuneatus.

An unplanned companion to Afternoon of a Hopping Mouse (Notomys mitchellii) (2016), Five views of a creeping Honey possum (Tarisipes rostratus) was released into the wild at the 2019 NGV Melbourne Art Book Fair.
