This zine features pencil and watercolour drawings of a Pied heron (Ardea picata); a Black-headed gull (Chroicocephalus ridibundus); an Australian magpie (Cracticus tibicen); a White-winged chough (Corcorax melanorhamphos); and a Pied currawong (Strepera graculina).

This zine, alongside The suggestion of opulence, debuted at Tonerpalooza, a festival of zines presented by the Sticky Institute and the State Library of Victoria, 2014.

This zine features pencil and watercolour drawings of four different Rainbow Lorikeets (Trichoglossus haematodus) who took refuge in the leafy canopy of the back-garden during a summer heat-wave. (They have since become regular visitors, though they've yet to officially approve their portraits.)

An edition of Four Rainbow Lorikeets (Trichoglossus haematodus) was exhibited as part of PAGE.PRINT.POST: 50 years of Artists Books (Post Office Gallery, Federation University Australia, 2014).

This zine features a Hooded Plover (Thinornis rubricollis); a Sacred Kingfisher (Todiramphus sanctus); a White-plumed Honeyeater (Lichenostomus penicillatus); and a Willie Wagtail (Rhipidura leucophrys). The coordinates for this particular zine, the 12th in something of an ongoing series, will take you to Geelong Gallery where these birds were last exhibited as part of All breathing in heaven (2013).

Editions of 38.1500° S, 144.3500° E have been exhibited as part of George Paton Gallery: Artist’s Books (reprised) (George Paton Gallery, University of Melbourne, 2014) and PAGE.PRINT.POST: 50 years of Artists Books (Post Office Gallery, Federation University Australia, 2014).

George Paton Gallery: Artist's Books (reprised), coordinated by Sandie Bridie, Craig Burgess and Alice Mathieu, presents four decades of investigation into the possibilities and limitations of the artist book form.

George Paton Gallery: Artist's Books (reprised) will transform the George Paton Gallery into a reading room with a range of contemporary artist's books displayed on shelves available for viewers to peruse at a reading table. On display in vitrines in the gallery will be archival material remaining from two earlier exhibitions held at the GPC; Artists' Books/Bookwork's from 1978 and Artist's Books and Not(e) Books from 1982, curated by Tim Guest.

In the catalogue introduction to Artist's Books and Not(e) Books, Guest provides a definition of the artist book:
'Artists' books can most simply be described as those books which have been conceived, designed and produced by visual artists. As distinguished from those books about artists, such as a monograph or catalogue raisonée, or those about art, artists' books are instead complete artworks in themselves: they are artworks that are presented in the form of books.'

On loan from University of Melbourne archives will be works such as: Ed Ruscha's Small Fires (and Milk), 1964, Marcel Broodthaers' A Voyage on the North Sea, 1973, artist's bookworks by Sol LeWitt and many more.

This zine of birds of prey on the lookout for their lunch features pencil drawings of an American kestrel (Falco sparverius), a Peregrine falcon (Falco peregrinus), a Black-breasted snake eagle (Cirartus pectoralis), a Secretarybird (Sagittarius serpentarius), and a Rüppell’s vulture (Gyps rueppelli) with a neck most handy.

An edition of Lunch has been exhibited as part of PAGE.PRINT.POST: 50 years of Artists Books (Post Office Gallery, Federation University Australia, 2014).

This zine features pencil drawings of a Giant hummingbird (Patagonia gigas); a Turquoise parrot (Neophema pulchella); a Zebra finch (Taeniopygia guttata); a Jamaican tody (Todus todus); and an Orange-breasted bunting (Passerina leclancherii). All of these winged amazements featured in the exhibition By This Unwinking Night (2012). It is one of a pair.

This zine features pencil drawings of a Common swift (Apus apus); a Eurasian Jay (Garrulus glandarius); a Blue-crowned hanging parrot (Coriculus galgulus); a Red-tailed minla (Minla ignotincta); and a Crimson topaz (Polytmus guainumbi). All of these winged fancies featured recently in the exhibition By This Unwinking Night. It is one of a pair.
